I've decided to buy an plane and the Mooney is the one it came down to. The J I flew dwn with a friend if mines felt tight, but the E model was tighter. Now I think I want a J model. All my 280tt was in a 172 and now all I can think about is a Mooney.

Thanks. It was a custom paint scheme by the original owner. He remarked that most of these were either blue or red and he wanted something different. We really like the choice or color..

Joe - He leaned immediately after start. Then full rich for run-up and take-off.

btflync Right ok he ground leaned it. Yes i always do that as well right after start up and for taxiing to keep the plugs and cylinders clean. Thanks and Safe flying!
