A Ford Focus RS in 2009 was around £26.000 in the UK. Same car with 32.000 miles today would cost you around £30.000. Not bad for a 10 year old car.

ive been in one as a passenger. it was 450bhp. honestly best thing ive ever been in. the way it handles and the power delivery is incredible.

That particular model from 2009 costs still 26000€ and would be also an absolute nightmare to insure.

Golf R is a great car you cannot argue with its performance, however they look boring as hell and that 2 litre engine doesnt sound anything near as good as the RS. Horses for courses. Dont forget the Focus RS is now bloody old compared to modern cars so performance is going to be behind now. They are very tunable though and really come into their own after some mods, just a shame Ford didnt make them 4wd.

Brandon Wakefield the new one is, the old one (the one shown) is fwd and although it uses a clever diff, both this and the 345bhp rs500 torque steer

I agree. Although a guy up the road from where my Dad lives has one of these in Green with White rims and a load of aftermarket body kit extras, and it looks like a subtle beast. (Not in a chavy way)
