In this episode of the Smart Nutrition Made Simple Show, I chop it up with Dr. Jordan Grant. Dr. Grant is a board-certified urologist with more than 12 years of experience treating conditions like testicular dysfunction, hypogonadism, and testicular hypofunction. He is also the owner of Grant Hormone and Wellness.
In today's conversation, we cover a wide range of topics around men's health.
Dr. Grant shares his insights on why mainstream medicine often falls short in addressing crucial aspects of our well-being, the lessons learned early on that ignited his passion for hormone optimization, and his trial-and-error approach to finding what works best for his clients.

Dr. Grant is one of my primary information resources when it comes to my TRT and how to do it correctly. The endocrinologist I have to deal with is totally without a clue how to do it properly. She is 20 years behind current knowledge and practices. He knows what he is doing.

Love your interviews. I hear conflicting info about the cream. Many love it but others don’t (maybe they are confusing with gels). Anyway, can we estimate about what percentage of men do well on the 20% compounded cream?
