speckled trout fishing at night with lights can be a whole lotta fun. it can also be very frustrating at times too. one minute they want shrimp, the next minute they turn off. do they really turn off, or have they just switched to a different prey. that's always have a few rods tied up when fishing lights at night. figuring out want they want is key to a successful night of fishing. MATCH THE HATCH!

Didn't know you can get trouts at the dike at night. Now I am gonna try it out with lights. Another great content brother! Enjoyed with popcorn 💪👍🎣

it has a lot to do with location and tide. the fish move with the tide. if there is no movement more then likely there will be no fish.

Hey brother quick question! By any chance do you know if the Dike is open 24/7 or is it only weekends?

it’s open 24/7 all the time. they only charge you during the weekend and maybe the summer. once the sun goes does i think they stop charging to get on the dike.

Fished it one weekend. Wasnt much going on. Nice breeze. Lots of game wardens. And cops ..and alot of ruff looking people. Had to. Carry. Weapons on day 2. Because day one was a bit scary. With a druck guys talking shit. Day before

definitely can be sketchy at night. i always lock my doors while i’m fishing. 😅
