Absolutely, the few times I got injured so far always was at the end of a session when I was pushing myself too hard, and always with super simple tricks like a Kickflip or a Shove It on a Quarterpipe. Your body starts telling you to take a rest for a reason!

I messed up my hip TWICE on the SAME trick: half cab rock in a bowl. It was always at the end of the session when I'm just too tired.

Tre flips, big spins and 3shuvits hurt my knee cap in a weird way, I stopped doing them, it'sbeen 2 months, I started doing more fs shuv variations and also switch bcz it doesn't hurt.
