We’ve become too smart for our own good…🍦Because something is faster is it better. You can convince me that pushing keystrokes is faster than writing manually. Is everything better out of it? So if you live your life in mastery of the keystrokes and go faster then most everyone. You will have entered more of what we call information than hundreds of others using pen in hand. Was that a good life lived then? What then if an over language is created in the coming century. Where we can express whole paragraphs w one keystroke. Then those humans will be entering even more of what we call information. Will their lives be better then all those before! What is better in comparison’s is not better across the board of reality.🙏🏻🍦For me we are just beginning to understand how to utilize thinking itself….💤🤙🏻

I have listened to this several times now and all I can say is that it is so inspiring. The title says 14 truths so I tried to transcribe what Master Shi Heng Yi was saying and of course I over did it but if it helps any one here it is. I may have missed a few of the truths. Peace and Love to all. What thoughts are you having What feelings do you have What are you thinking What is your body feeling The proper way of standing (aligning your body on the earth) (Foundations) (Stability) Stability leads to growth (roots, grounding) Any skill must be nourished over and over again A skill attained by investing a lot of effort - repetitive structure, movements Perfection comes from repetition Whatever you are good at you make it a way of life everyday To get freedom of the mind, you restrict yourself, you do not do what the mind tells you If you think free and you behave free you will bring out the destructive elements of the mind Nothing will bring you out of balance anymore when you stop outsourcing, you have disciplined your mind Be very careful to what you invest your time in. If it doesn't bring you value then don't do it, if it brings you value then do it Don't have regrets on your life Don't give up when the times are getting hard When you face a challenge, keep going, like a warrior. Keep the power in you Don't lose sight, be open to what the future brings. Do not have too many fixed goals, don't have concrete plans on what the future should look like, be open to what comes into your life In a 24-hour day you can shape the direction of your life, shape the goals into a direction, a destination Where is your nature coming from, listen to yourself, what do you want and what are you capable of Not everyone can manifest, not everyone has the skills to manifest You always have people who have the will power, and they want their dreams but do not have the character to achieve it You have people who have the character but do not want to live this kind of life To find someone who has the character and will power is very rare. Many people do not have the character and many people don't have the will power. You need both character and will power - this is where manifestation takes place. Make the best of your lifetime How aware are you when one minute of your lifetime has passed. Many people can't remember what happens during the day the more you are aware the more colorful your life is If you Immerse yourself more into this life, your experience of your days becomes longer, it doesn't feel like a boring life. This is related to physical training and mental training What do I need to re-adjust in my lifetime to find pleasantness that I am looking for, what poison in my thoughts are ruining my life Our physical security is assured, people who live in poor countries don't have that We have the security of existence now comes the question how do you balance your life out But if you do not have security of existence then questions on how to balance your life out don't matter, all you care about is surviving. Be grateful for what you have

You did not over do it. You did better than the 66 books of the Bible. Than the Koran or Book of Mormon. Hope you have the Character and Will Power For me at 89 I still am working on my character and will power. I basically say to myself better luck next time. I have done well with what I was dealt with. So no regrets and I keep on punching. My dogs think I am wonderful, my wife has doubts. I know who I am TAT TVAS ASI (that art thou)

I read Siddhartha when I was 13 and all this knowledge he’s describing literally exploded and unfolded in my mind and miraculously yanked me out of a horrible depression. This year I had a baby premature and had horrible post partem depression and when I finally began improving, all this philosophy came back to me naturally! This is common sense, true wisdom that I believe is universal. My grandpa never wanted to see me sitting down doing nothing and whenever I was depressed he was desperate to get me to exercise or clean or do anything physically. It made me so angry growing up but he had true wisdom.

I am 15 and i am facing depression too just because I am exposed to this knowledge naturally. I am able to make it by myself and i felt really lonely after that as there is nobody who understands what I mean, especially people of my age. After find shi heng yi I felt little confident as whatever i made by myself were indeed true, and listening it from his own mouth made me cry. But still I see no light. There are still few questions unanswered for me. I want to change this world, help this world but- *sigh* I just can't explain.

@@Soham_008 Trust me I know how you feel!!! I have been outcasted and alone most of my life but that’s how it is for people like us. Especially at your age, people are kind of dumb, and so they’re going to look at you like you’re crazy for being smart. You need to focus on the truth and what you know is right and just go for it regardless of what people think, and eventually the right people and situations will come to you. Just don’t give up, don’t give in!!

@@ragtimegals hey can we talk on something like discord? It would be more convenient. And yeah I agree that it's like that for people like us but I feel more depressed after knowing that I was the lucky one who had the right ability to interpret stuff under the right circumstances while facing the perfect level of difficulty. If any of this requirement didn't match then I wouldnt have reached this point in life. I just want everyone to know what I feel. I feel this world is heading towards a very bad place and I want to fix it. I don't know how. I feel little scared. I am very much confused. And I don't feel this superiority over others that I am smart or they are dumb. I just look at others who outcast me (it's more like they don't get me and it isn't their fault because they are being fed the wrong things on social media) as unlucky and it's my job to let them know what the truth is. I have tried to but I fail. I can tell you more if we get a better and more private platform to chat on

It is easy to say we need more people like him in this world, and take no responsibility in being that person. Like it’s out if reach, it’s not! You are a person too. You are that person you speak of. Why do we always put it on others. I may not being saying this right, but it starts with us. It starts with YOU!

It's hard when you know you're much more than capable but that direction isn't there. After everything that I've experienced I'm just grateful to be alive today. Oh I was also going to say that when nutrition is bad that yes, critical thinking is very difficult. I have many more challenges than most do. Overcome and adapt correct? And moving is the key to longevity and health. My dog is the only reason I kept moving towards the end. I owe her my life to be frank. Your inner peace and discipline is what I desire. You definitely project that with your entire being you show in your demeanor. Again thank you for sharing. You definitely resonate with the direction I want to go. The self discipline to manage this exhaustion takes a lifetime of moving towards, but lately I've come to the point, what else better do I really have to do ? In a modern culture where the measure of a Martial arts ‘master’ is frequently measured by: Well how would he do in the UFC??’ They shave their heads, they tattoo their bodies to look more intimidating, the talk badly about their fellow competitors, the DONT care if younger kids look up to them, they will continue to take sterois, do horrible things in their personal lives (which become public) This Sifu provides so much insight as to what’s REALLY important in life when using martial arts as a vehicle to truly make your life worth living and to others. This video was incredibly insightful. Master

There is a chinese saying: Be a specialist at ONE thing (Have a skillset, be very very good at it and you will always be in demand) , know TWO things (Know about what others are doing beside your own) and Learn Three Things (Never stop learning).

Great interview .And yes i grew up in Kenya, Africa. There is food. But I get his point. The needs of the body or the disability to pay bills can interfere with spiritual enlightenment and so the body or issues of the body must be taken care of before we can begin spiritual growth. The body demands security, protection and health before it can allow us to connect with enlightenment. Thank you my dear friend.

1. nothing is perennial, albeit everything depends on the foundation 2. a 'skill' is learnt with consistency and by living the adequate lifestyle 3. freedom of mind is an illusion 4. structure brings order to life such that you become independent of the outliners and are able to do something purposeful in your lifetime. 5. a warrior is someone who keeps going forward, by overcoming his fear, despite losing before because he believes in the flicker of hope that lies somewhere down the road. the journey of a warrior toughens him from inside. one must keep persevering and repeating without losing the actual sight 6. be open to what the future has in store for you, do not restrict yourself with a concrete image of your future. your goals do not determine your future, it is rather what you do in the present that shapes your said future 7. every person is born with some innate characteristics and when these characteristics merge with the required will power, you can achieve everything in this life time 8. make the best out of your life time by immersing yourself in the moment. once you do this, you will become more conscious of the details and you will find your days to be much longer than what they already are. 9. one must be open to doing the necessary adjustments in life 10. but before you follow through with any of this, one must remember to secure their existence above all else what are the rest 4 things which i missed out?? please help !

I have listened to this talk, and i have picked out count.less gems for my existence... I am a yogi and vipassana meditator; who also does tai-chi with Master Shi Heng Yi; but I am still seeking out the elixir of womanifestation; a way to steam.line my vision-into-reality process.... And i have found some valuable re:minders here. 💐 The cherry of top of this cake of a comment is that, I AM in AFRICA... born and raised in Nairobi, Kenya. Philosophy has always been what I hunger for the most; since I was a child; and have, with gratitude found re:sources to support that. I thusly, re:quest kindly that we, as humanity stop using Africa as the "face of starvation" and as the place of least philosophy. But the truth is, this is place the birth.place of these higher-thoughts, a global fire that was set ablaze by my, and the collective ancestors, from the moment we took birth. There are societies with SO MUCH that it works as starvation does; as a hindrance to enlightenment. Hope you put this into consideration as you walk your own spiritual journey. Gratitude for the Wise.Dome. 🧘🏾‍♀️

I saw this guy blow the mind of Jessie encamp, then he blew mine,I did a number of things his way, came naturally over the years,I defend myself allot, but he definitely enlightened me,opened my eyes, changed my thinking,I'm old,mid 40s,and love to spend a few years being taught by this guy.the way he explains things,so similar to hermetic magic ,but more grounded and simple,I wish.
