Mr. Sorita's performance was wonderful. Op.25-5 was singing well on the left hand, and Mazurka was playing with a good feeling of the unique rhythm, which made me want to dance. I got goose bumps on the ballad. I think he is a first-class pianist in terms of tone, expressiveness, and interpretation of songs. He has become one of his favorite pianists playing Chopin. I would like to pass the qualifying as it is and listen to his Concerto in the final.

Kyohei Sorita's f major Ballade is out of this world, i never heard it played more passionately!! Even stands out when compared to the greats in my opinion (Zimermann,Yundi, Avdeeva so on)

@@joseguillermogonzalez9713 I think it was a great choice. It’s not as dramatic as 1 or 4 but it’s depth and sadness is really showcased the way he played it. Plus, it’s more showy than the 4th ballade at least in my opinion. It’s also my favorite of the 4 and most definitely underrated.

全ての賛辞に思いを込めて👏👏👏👏👏。真夜中にこの演奏聴いて驚愕し、その後も聴く度に鳥肌。何がどうでこれほど心に刺さるのか一つ一つ細かく音楽的に上手く表現出来ませんが寄せられたコメントにも共感の思いを込めて👏👏👏👏👏 。あるショパコン審査員の方が『審査の決めてはまたこの人の演奏が聴きたいかどうか。』と語っておられました。反田さんのこの演奏は正にそんな演奏だと思います。ファイナルでコンチェルトを聴きたい❣️です。

反田さんのショパンの演奏、何から何まで全てが好きです。曲一つひとつの表現が立体的で、生き物のようです。曲自体が歌っているような感覚になります。 Ballad２番は、こちらの方が音源が良く、聴いている方も引き込まれていきます。ショパンの素晴らしさを教えてくれた反田さんに感謝です💐

Mr. Sorita was so good! Even his mazurkas were good, and I usually tune out during those! His pianissimos are just way softer than anyone else's, and his technique is lit! Hope to see him in the finals!

I want to listen to Mr. sorita 's sound more and more. His music is very special ,and different from other pianist. His music is like another dimention. I want to listen to his Chopin piano concerto . I have listen to his recital before in Japan. It was Tchaikovsky piano concerto. Too wonderful !! I can't find word.

コロナで2年ぐらい日本に行けない日々が続く中、ショパンコンクールは反田さんのライブ演奏が観れる唯一の方法でした。オンデマンドも海外からチケット購入できず涙を飲みました。この予備予選でのノクターンの演奏が始まった途端に涙が出て来たのを忘れられません。本当にありがとうございました。

Sorita さんの演奏は演奏慣れしている様子が何よりも目につき、chopinを自分のものにしっかりと抱き抱えて演奏しているようです。テクニックはもうここでは論議の余地なし。他の方々も同じです。どうやら緊張で少しでも急いだり、あまりにアカデミックに弾いたり、逆に推進力が強くなりすぎるとこのコンクールでは、減点になるようです。

Everyone is talking about Mr. Kyohei Sorita's performance, yeah, it was really wonderful, but I was also amazed by Mr. Aristo Sham's performance, I think it deserves attention

Thrilled to be able to watch this astounding competition. The talent is "off the charts". I'm enjoying them all, but Kyohei Sorita really captured my ears. I also am impressed with Talon Smith. The camera work for the competition is fabulous, with overhead views of the pianists.

K. Shigemori The Nocturne was simply played and quite lovely. He crouches which will not help him with such as the huge Russians and Brahms in the long run. Strength comes from the lower spine and flows to the arms. It shouldn't be blocked. He also looks over- anxious at times- he needn't because he plays so well. The Etudes were delightful. I actually heard new voices in the second! Different Mazurkas, thank you. Close to the Polish touch. Barcarolle authentic and lovely presentation. Good Luck and thank you.
