Gringo Espana They say their debt to make everyone balk. Truth is most restaurants have an open line of credit apart from the mortgage on the building/equipment bought on credit etc. If you can’t prove you’re profitable banks won’t give you money so it’s not like these guys just keep borrowing money to dig their hole deeper

I used to go to this restaurant about once a week. This family was awesome. The show really stressed them out, they never acted like this in the years I was able to eat there, other than this one week of filming. Grace, despite the comments about her sounding like a clucking chicken, was a very sweet lady. Although certainly passionate like any Italian lady.
