Hey thejackedvegan very informative video! You said that working on the static holds and then moving on to 1-2 dynamic exercises and finish it off with working on the basics. What if i were to work on One arm pull ups? Oap is not a static skill so I'm not sure how to make a routine. It would be pleasure if you could help me out!!

@@erdal2356 şuan hareket çalışmıyorum ağırlıklı dips barfiks yapıyorum ama çalıştığım zaman amacım plancheti ve straddle planche yapabiliyordum düzgün formda, frontlever da 1 ay çalışıp yapmıştım. Şuan 12. Sınıf olduğumdan vakit yok die bıraktım ağırlıklı dediğim şeyleri yapıyorum.

thanks for the great knowledge, it's very nice to listen to you, please help me, I train 4 times a week progress is slow. I am learning elements, planche, frontlevel, one-handed pull-ups and handstand push-ups. how best to make a plan with these elements for the week. that there was progress

Yes bands will help if you program using them correctly, you don’t want to become reliant on them and you need to keep making the workouts harder like I show in the video 👍🏾

Bro this video is amazing, but something I want to ask is if it's good to select 4-5 exercise for push skills and 4-5 exercise for pull skills that works deferens muscle in the same day

Unless your doing supersets (one set of an eexercise then directly into another exercise with no rest) I wouldn’t recommend it or your workout will be unreasonably long and you’ll lose energy. Instead split it up throughout the week depending on what your workout split is like (e.g push pull legs rest push pull rest)

how ım gonna do weekly 10-15 sets with 3-4 a day week and with 4-5 excersise?

10-15 of a certain exercise or muscle group so 3-4 sets one day, 3-4 the next training day, 3-4 sets the final day and that’ll be over 10. Then each workout you’ll do 4-5 exercises and keep progressing at them each training day. Hope that makes sense to you bro
