Want to maintain pain-free wrist mobility after working on a computer all day? Coach E demonstrates how to get back to pain-free wrists, stop needing those compression sleeves, and help prevent issues like carpal tunnel.
This is episode number one from a new series called the "Active Worker Series," which focuses on two techniques for office/computer workers who want to keep their wrists healthy, strong, and mobile.
The truth is your wrists can often get stiff or develop problems like carpal tunnel syndrome or just get irritated and achy from all the typing and mousing.
These exercises take only a couple of minutes to do, but if you do them on a daily basis, they're gonna go a long way in helping you to keep your wrists healthy and pain-free.
Do these two short exercises every day, as many times as you want. (1x a day is good, 3x a day is great.) But consistency will be the key to long-term improvement. Try tying the routine to another habit you have, maybe when you get into the office, when you break for lunch or when you’re about to slog through that email backlog.
