So great to see a new vid from you man! The learning curve had felt steep on older videos but I've benefited so so much from sticking with them. I'd downloaded your actions a while back but never knew how I could properly use that normal mode grey mask for flash layers. Seeing how you use it to combine those layers here is a masterclass (I always waste a lot of time on that when there's more than two). Thank you!

I would have used HSS with those flashes, overexpose a bit of the exterior and light the interior as you did. That would eliminate the need to select the windows. Or am I missing something?

At first thank u for sharing videos, want to ask u smth about lighting... i use speedlight 685 godox and ad400 with umbrella 32 inch, but sometimes i dont like lighting and need too much edit, so i just ordered convertable umbrella 45 inch. Do i need magmod sphere or something aditional? thanks again.

22:40 the transform guides struggle is real. I manage it by kicking down the DPI temporarily. Aynways, another great video. I'd get rid of the fire sprinklers in the ceiling, the cactus part sticking out above the lamp, and that object sticking out behind the pillar in the center. But that's just my OCD :) p.s. Lightroom sharpening vs the many other methods to sharpen - High Pass in PS, plugins such as Nik's Collection etc? Is there a point to prefering one over the other or is it, I suppose, too subtle a difference overall to even bother complicating the workflow for?

Bro.. lol. Sorry but this was wayyyy too complicated for the results you got. After all that work your pic looked extremely hdr, and that window mask was very inaccurate. 1, for a room this big you don't need that many flash shots. I usually do 1, 2 at most. There's no benefit to more than that for a room like this 2, for your window shot, edit the dark photo, bring up the shadows a lot and make it look closer to the base exposure. Then you don't need to be as accurate and use that pen tool. Use quick selection tool and fill in the areas quickly. Then use poly lasso to clean up areas. You could do that in 1/4th the time as the pen tool with more accurate results. Thanks for the vid. Sorry to complain but it was painful watching this edit XD
