Very creative. You picked an excellent song for your video, & you obviously put a lot of thoughts into the scenes. Good job! I hope you got an A !

Nice touch--putting the Allman Brothers "Brothers and Sisters" album cover on the table with other photos at the end.

I was searching for ABB vids and was disappointed at first when I saw it was a vid project for your class but let it play anyway. I hope you got a good grade on it because it was VERY well done, 5 stars for sure! Thanks for sharing it,

The first few seconds I thought this was going to be stupid, it actually turned out pretty good. I like the starting at the end and working backwards. You kinda run like a girl, but good job!

This is the greatest thing I've ever seen! I don't think I'm going to need my antidepressant today! This is such a sweet homage to the Allman Brothers. I knew Gregory, he would have loved this!!!! I'm so touched that folks as young as yourselves appreciate this music because it will never come again. The vision and execution of your short film is endearing! Merry Christmas to all of you! What city and state did you film in?

Song kicks ass, however I didn't know this was the Broke Back Mountain version. Don't care, but it did catch me a little off guard. lol

This song was not written by the Allman Bros. The original title was "A Man Down There" by G.L. Crockett.

Why did this make me think of Benny Hill?
@sunglass6812 жыл бұрын
I never said G.L. Crockett wrote it but I was wrong in thinking he originally recorded. Thanks for the info. Wondering if the royalties went to the original writers since the Allmans just renamed it...just curious.
@onitram112 жыл бұрын
Wrong. It was written by some combination of Sonny Boy #2, Elmore James, and Marshall Sehorn. Crockett simply recorded a cover in an R&B style.

@VITUS5 Then don't watch them. Believe it or not, the first thing most people make with film isn't a masterpiece. Go watch a Michael Bay movie, maybe all the explosions will entertain you.

At first, I was rooting for the hoodie guy in the glasses. But then I saw the entire video, and then I went, "Oh..." The video was a little bit rough, but it was still a bit entertaining.
