So many Serie C sides get back to back promotions. SPAL, Leece, Benevento have all done it and on smaller budgets. I think Monza are going to sneak into serie a through the playoffs. But they may want to take a page from the books of SPAL and Empoli in terms of spending and development if they want to stand a chance of surviving in the top flight. Big names can't keep you up.

Monza is a nice place with a beautiful Cathedral. I felt though it was really a suburb of Milan and I suspect the locals usually support Inter or Milan. English people think of Stockport and Manchester or Gateshead and Newcastle.
