The issue is that when we ban these people, they don’t just disappear. They go somewhere else like 4chan. They all end up in this same place together and they create a massive echo chamber with people that just further radicalize eachother without anyone to challenge their ideas. This is how you get to people driving their cars through parades to kill the chads and Stacy’s and going to mosques to kill people because they’re scared of the great replacement. At least if we’re sharing a platform with these people, it’s much easier to combat their rhetoric

To be fair, he did pretend to SA someone who criticized him on a livestream. It was a warranted ban, as that is straight up s3xual harassment no matter which way you shake that stick. I'm honestly impressed that Chad Chad didn't respond to such an awful clip because you know they saw it. You know his fans blasted Chad Chad with that clip. I do think the platform has a sh*t system when it comes to giving out punishments, where it misses the mark 90% of the time, but this was definitely that 10% where it didn't miss the mark. You don't pretend to SA someone just because they criticized you and that hurt your feelings, especially on a livestream surrounded by people you know cling on to your every word. He had a responsibility and a chance to show people how to appropriately respond to criticism and he honestly could not have responded in a worse way. Now, being unprofessional itself should not be a bannable offense, but pretending to SA someone on a livestream? Oh yeah, totally. While we're at it, let's get the police involved and put him on The List. He can be a woman-hater until his little heart bursts with joy, but that was 50 Shades of Never Okay.

Honestly this! I'm getting sick of both side aguing and arguing and arguing abt this that and blah blah blah But yeah honestly threatening SA in ANY way should be a ban. Like u said outside of that yeah other reasons can be messy alot of the time but I think we need to be careful with censorship AND letting ppl say what they want. Either one gone too far can end disastrously. Exactly what I was thinking. He absolutely deserves a ban. How do some people not get that? This isn't about free speech. Tom's videos are alright, but they aren't entirely objective and I wish if he was going to be neutral, he'd at least understand that hate speech and general speech in public forums *are* always going to be subject to potential removal, ban, deletion, blockage, etc. Because *that* is a protected aspect of free speech. Just because someone doesn't agree with you, doesn't mean you can just say whatever you want without consequence then cry, "but mah free speech" when your content is removed. The audacity to say that the ban isn’t justified is crazy to me, making literal rape threats and CLEARLY breaking TOS doesn’t get a “well it’s free speech imo” like come on. The free speech conversation has gotten so diluted from people openly admitting that they just want to say slurs and marginalize people. You don’t sit there and say “oh it’s okay we just don’t see eye to eye”, especially when given multiple chances to correct said behavior just to double down.

Yes the young men and boys are being taught to behave in a way that is totally unappealing but sold the idea that the only problem that needs to be fixed is that they are not rich enough. Not sure what 13 year olds are supposed to do with that information. There is a video of Sneako with his girlfriend at dinner with Destiny and his girlfriend and Sneako acts in the most respectful, beta way imaginable (not that there is anything wrong with that). What would your solution be? Obviously age-gating would be sensible but doesn't work with other content. What would be the criteria to ban red-pillers?

@@michaelh878 Honestly I'm not sure what I would do to stop this. I guess it's somewhat inevitable that these creators will exist but for some reason, they've recently been gaining a larger platform of impressionable young men. The thing that draws them in is usually the fact that these people are everything they arent; rich, successful, and free to do whatever they want. This makes these boys look up to them. Maybe if more celebrities that they look up to start speaking out against this type of thing, they'd listen. I also think that banning dangerous ideology from easily accessible platforms (like KZfaq, TikTok, and Instagram) and limiting it to specific websites could work. Said websites could include something like an age verification system where you have to show an id or something. Clearly, this is somewhat of an unrealistic solution, but it's a pretty tricky problem to solve.

Sneako is a sickly animal that had driven itself into a corner out of fear Twisting and turning, scratching at his eyes and head while his pupils shake violently within his own head, it’s almost as if a movie reel is spinning within his mind replaying every event in painful detail. You can practically hear his grinding teeth. To him, the world is shattering, crumbling, maybe even burning. But for us there is no such tension. We walk past calmly, ignoring the rapid creature in the corner that through strained eyes is begging for attention. He’s waiting for the moment somebody reaches a hand, gives him a chance. Let him jubilantly grasp their hand, squeezing the life from it. He knows that he shouldn’t be squeezing, cutting the circulation from their arms. He needs to keep his act together, but he can’t help it. Such aggression just leaks from his temple. He needs something justify his existence. He needs something to break, to prove to himself he is not weak, that he can stand on his own, all he needed was a target to approach him so he can break their legs and stand on top of all their successes, stealing everything they own. What he doesn’t realize is that he’s always needed people to lean on, to prop him up. Without them he has no ideals. What is an actor without his script? Nothing. So he sits huddled in that corner, ever immersed in a paradox of his own design. There are more broken people in the world, just like him. Well, that’s enough 3 AM rambling for a comment, hope you found it interesting.

@@juliusevola2116 Yes, you can. It's not for a lot of people, but better to have an open relationship than having a mono relationship that ends up with one or both people cheating and causing a bunch of sh*t. Humans are one of the most diverse species on the planet. It's only logical that we're also diverse in how we romantically love. Forcing/shaming people for being involved in different kinds of relationships is only going to hurt people because it suppresses research on how to have these relationships and still be healthy and happy. Open relationships are going to happen no matter what. Better to at least make sure no one gets hurt than to try and shove it in the dark where something truly insidious can happen.

@@gem9535 I highly doubt this, I really can't see how an open relationship is anything other than a suboptimal contract agreed upon because either one or both parties aren't truly content or compatible. An open relationship seems to be de facto cheating and that's basically ironclad evidence the relationship won't work. I see encouraging open relationships as the dangerous route since you create the illusion that this toxic relationship can work and provide some lasting happiness which it definitely cant. Often times the people in such relationships would truly be better off breaking up with one another and finding a more compatible personality type which is of course easier said than done.
