So why does the FCC statement from user Manuel for LG X-BOOM Go state word for word “This equipment should be installed and operated with minimum distance 20cm between the radiator and body.” Because of over exposure to harmful radiation. If it’s advertised as a portable Bluetooth speaker with carrying handles?

LG is turning me into a fanboy. I have the v30 and I love that they can throw aptx hd so I'll definitely be picking these up, and have the LG tone 1100 since it uses aptx hd too. Hell I might even get an LG TV just to go full circle 😂

I had a sony bluetooth tower and it has great sound but these things sound amazing... I have my pc connected to a sony mini stereo and 2-way wooden speakers.. my point is, I COULD feel the bass!! amazing.. the 5 and 7 must be great

I got a PK7 today and I gotta say that I have owned and do currently own some amazing speakers, but have to admit I was quickly impressed by the audio quality, impressive volume & fairly good light show. However it does have some points to consider, for example you can't charge the unit from USB, there's no USB socket on it. Otherwise, I'm very happy with it second hand for £85!

I bought it today. It's not as loud as I thought it would be. However, I live in an apartment...and I don't want it to be incredibly loud so I don't make my neighbors mad. LOL!!! In the day time, I have it cranked up to the MAX. In the evening or night...I have it medium volume level. I really love the bass on this speaker. I use the "clear vocal" and the "enhanced bass" for all music. I use it mostly for my audio-technical lp60 bluetooth turntable. AWESOME for my needs in an apartment setting. I think it's a keeper. Not for everybody, though

Meridian, (Bob Boothroyd and Ian Stewart), are the fathers of digital audio! HiFi hall of fame. Built the world's first high end cd player. I have their 602 cd transport and 606 digital to analogue converter, which was their flagship cd player combo in the late 1980's, which I refuse to sell to this day. Over 30 years later, it STILL sounds amazing! Huge respect to Meridian. ☝👏👏👏

I have the PK5 and the Volume works only half , when I turn the volume to 50% that where it start to hear , I pump it up to 100% just like you just play half , some how my other Bluetooth speaker look way smaller but sound louder, why why why ? Is it my got problem ?

A tip for ya if you haven't tried it on them speakers, play some old skool hip hip and electro from the 80s it's truly awesome.👍

12:00 Usb ports charge with 5 volts. This speaker needs 19 volts. So its either this or they make a crazy charging circuit with 3 usb ports adding each others voltages😂

even with tweeters the sound is a bit muddy..needs eq in your player. what blutooth codec do they use? aptx? aptx HD?? a hi fi or hi res version of these would be great.

pk 7 has the old charger adapter bcos if you keep it in pluging and play it will add an extra 10 watts its more louder when u charge and play

I would go for the PK5 if it's available. My wife and I painted our master bedroom which ended up being a 2 day task. We listened to the PK5 the entire time. It died about an hour before we were completely done so the battery life is great! As for the sound, we we're blasting the music, it was probably at 25-30% the whole time and it sounded fantastic.

I have had the pk7 for so long. It's survived drops on hard floor and concrete and an accident when it was in a uhaul. The cord is 💩 tho. I suggest reinforcing it with electrical tape
