These are by far the best cheesecakes I have ever made and it was baked on my smoker!
The New York Style Peach Whiskey cheesecake topping was not only delicious and the best thing I’ve ever put in my mouth, but it was also a lot of fun to make!
I went with a Raspberry Coulis on the second cheesecake, and this too was incredibly delicious as well!
These will keep in the fridge for 3-4 days after they’re made so be sure to enjoy them as quickly as possible!
Give it a try and if you don’t have a smoker no problem, simply use the same method using your oven!
I promise you won’t be disappointed.
One thing to note was I forgot to put my cheesecakes in a water bath while on the smoker. This helps to prevent any cracks forming in the cheese while smoking. However I got pretty lucky and mine didn’t crack too badly at all! And I did slip a baking pan with water in under them about halfway through, perhaps this saved me!
