Totally agree, been doing them for months now and I've noticed that I'm not needing quite as many ramp up sets to a max and I'm getting away with a 3 minute rest before my 1rm attempt. Previously was needing at least 5 minutes.

Eddie Hall also implemented dynamic work to increase his Deadlift from 420kg to 500kg and break the WR. It just shows how important speed work really is.

Best decision I’ve made lately, was upgrading to get the 4x workouts. I’ve been doing what I thought I understood you to be saying, but now I see I was missing the mark a bit. The way I feel after the workout leads me to believe we about to see some gains. Once again thank you for the effort you put into helping all of us reach higher than we think we can.

I'm going for a 500 bench at 195 soon and looking for some variety to add to my training . I like the belt squat tricep exercise and Buffalo Bar trick for making the warm up more challenging so the straight bar feels easier. Thanks!

but the tricep extension and buffalo bar werent part of the warm up routine shown in this video rather the tricep extension was an accesory and the buffalo bench was the core of the dynamic effort workout for that day
