One thing I don’t like about this machine is you don’t get a full range of motion. This machine is for people 5’8 or shorter. I’m 5’8 and I’m pushing it. I don’t like the plate it’s not big enough. What I do love is you can work your hamstrings if you place your legs at the top of the plate far apart. If you put your feet at the very bottom of the plate on your tip toes you can work your quads If you place your feet smack dead in the middle of the plate you can work your buttocks Overall him more impressed that you can work the shit put your quads & hamstrings and feel the burn like no other

The trainer in my gym advised to keep my butt down the edge of the bench But then the belt has to come on my tummy :(

you don't have to stretch at the bottom since the peak is at the top. hip thrust is opposite of deadlift and squat where peak is at the bottom/stretched position

Looks nice. But I doubt it's best. Doesn't have enough room to load serious poundage on there for elite level athletes. I know women just trying to be in good shape and overall fitness are the primary users of these, but they are very beneficial for strength athletes

You can feel it anywhere in your lower chain. A lot depends on your femur anatomy and foot placement.

I’ve seen some of our models do it. I personally like to cross my arms and place them on my chest. I feel like I get a better hinge. If I’m going super heavy, then I’ll place my hands on the handle for easy/fast racking.

It’s just a different way to activate your glutes. There are multiple ways to activate your glutes. You should do as many variations as possible.

We have the same machine. I am 6'3 and wife is 5'2 just adjust your body position. My wife sets up and then lets her butt slide down off the pad. Only her back is on the pad. On sale for 299 can't beat it!
