Just an fyi, as a korean who makes galbi all the time and uses kiwi as a tendorizer. Please use like a third of a single kiwi if you plan on marinating it for a long time. Kiwi's tendorizing enzymes are incredibly strong, if theres too much you could get a very texturally weak meat.

Why recipes these days don’t provide the amount or the weight of ingredients? I checked your blog, but it doesn’t say how much of each ingredient to use. What type of recipe is that?
