Is this 10% on the total revenue? So if its a $12000 product, upon cash, we get $1200 to the sales person? We are doing 25% for the "sales and marketing" dept to generate leads and clos ethem, so the dept head figures out that split. So of course he pays himself 90% for closing.

just to be clear ..this commission, fixed fee that you are suggesting ...is it the only Salary of personnel or is it an addition to a fixed salary ?
