Same... I didn't know pain could be fixed with deliberate form and banded resistance. I fixed my excruciating Anterior Hip Impingement with the banded hip joint mobilization exercises. He's the real deal.

@@bill2908 Natural Hypertrophy, Bald Omni Man, Alphadestiny, Omar Isuf, Brian Alsruhe, Alan Thrall, Johnnie Candito, Bioneer, Kneesovertoesguy, RedDeltaProject, Alec Enkiri, Geoffrey Verity Schofield, Jeff Nippard, CalisthenicsMovevement, Fazlifts, Stand Strength, Fitness FAQs, Eugene Teo, K Boges and probably many more that I haven't mentioned. Granted most of them are oriented towards powerlifting and bodybuilding, while Squat U is mostly flexibility/mobility and prehab/rehab oriented, but even in that area I'd say Kneesovertoesguy is a better option. Not saying his advice isn't good but there are dozens if not hundreds of channels that rival or beat out Squat U in terms of knowledge, advice and/or experience.

Laying T position - 10 reps x 2" hold 90° elbows external rotation - 10 reps x 2" hold 90° elbows raises - 10 reps x 2" hold Arm rotations palms up to palms down - 10 reps

FRC or Functional Range Conditioning. These set of movements are called CARS or controlled articular rotations wish he spoke more on them they are a great set of movements for joint optimization

I tried this just now with 2.5lb weights.. the rotations are so hard! I had to break after 5. My shoulders feel amazing!

Wow…I was already using your warm ups for pressing and it works wonders but I’m trying this second one on the 90* angle but my fist comes only 5 cm of the ground without any weight!! Doesn’t feel very comfortable.

Yep I’m the same but keep at it. This whole routine has been very helpful. My external rotation has gotten better. But it’s slow going.

Muscles what should lift the weight do nothing. Allways rotating, lifting shoulders and spasming neck in these exercise. Any regression of those for better mind muscle connection for people with atrophy or injuries?

The last one reminds me of the "angels of death" I learnt from Athlean X. It's an amazing exercise for shoulders' health. Also, as it's originally done in a "superman position" it's great for the whole posterior chain!

I always wake up with shoulder pain due to involuntarily sleeping with the my arm raised under the pillow., so I more or less put the weight of my head on my shoulder all night in that position. My flexibility and range of movement on it is terrible. Would these exercises help with that?
