Prince fell in love with the woman. Everytime she stopped petting him or moved he was attached at her hip. He wanted some loving after being corrected for his craziness lol. He's a great dog.

Prince likes beefy tough girls and I can respect that. It’s wild how much it gets in the way of him behaving sometimes lmao, he’s still such a good boy though

I laughed so hard when I heard Joel saying Prince has a type, some sort of bully breed and they can't be too skinny! He definitely has a type for sure. He seems to like physically strong bully type mix and his reaction might be showing that this dog is not as bad as we think. This is a great training for Prince too as Joel mentioned, how to behave when he gets too excited and interested in a new dog. Slow mo video was very helpful to see the dog's body language. I can clearly see that she was uncomfortable and her tail was down moving away while Prince's tail was up and pursuing her. Love Prince! He is a doggie dog trainer himself.

We did that by accident. We had a 2 year old GS. We had new friends come to visit. We lived in the country and his bark was to let us know someone was there. That was fine. People usually come over for a purpose and left but one day we had friends over who he didn’t know. He was outside and barked the whole time. A week later we were expecting our friends again. When our friends arrived at the front door, my husband greeted them. You can see the front door from the back also so went outside and told him, "these are friends. No barking, now lay down and be quiet." Well, not a sound out of him. That happened about 20 years ago and we are still amazed by his reaction. We trained him. My husband and I always trained our animals. We had a wonderful visit with our friends and they asked us what happened that he was quiet this time. We said, we warned him to be quiet because you are friends. If it didn’t happen to us I would never believe it possible.

Prince: Smart, strong-minded, and muscular. Sugar: Smart, strong-minded, and muscular. Considering the last time Prince was this interested involved a Pitbull, I have a feeling he likes women who can give him a run for his money.

I noticed sugar did NOT like Prince being pushy. I felt kinda bad for her. But at the same time, Prince is out of his mind with Sugar, which is hilarious!

My GSD was just like Prince here with a mature female mastiff once. She put up with his nonsense for a while and then rolled him up in a little ball and stood over him. He never even made eye contact after that. Sometimes dogs are better teachers than we can ever be.

Prince is learning also. The Cane, meanwhile, did not try to nip him, congratulations to her and to her owners. wow what a beauty.

I saw the head movement Prince did straight away 😂 my Kelpie (neutered 4 mths ago) gets so intense with certain female dogs too. Literally see his pupils dilate.

The Cane Corso might have been a little overwhelmed, but I don't think she was as overwhelmed as you are saying. I think what makes it seem like she is is what you said before about how she has to keep her eyes on the owners. That means that she is looking at Prince, flipping around to look at the owners, back at Prince, and it's a lot of turning around. I definitely agree Prince has a type.

If I was 30 years younger...with the financial stability I have today, I'd have a CC. I follow Bruce Wayne and Tempo Senza CC both on KZfaq. The behavior by the CC that Joel is working with is NORMAL for a CC. They have a strong protector gene built in and bond with their humans! And today early at our off leash park I ran into a dog trainer who suggested I watch Joel Beckman because he is the best! I was happy to tell her that I ALREADY DO! I've got a 2 1/2 yr old Pit Bull and have learned SOOOO much this past year!

She isn't neutered - and Prince knows it. They may have said she was (a lot of places don't allow un-neutered dogs at their facility because it can cause disruption) - but who really checks.

Dogs have their preferences. I own a Shepard Pit mix. Overall she's beige with a black snout. Black and white dogs are her favorite. By the time this video was finished it seemed to me that both dogs were well behaved.

Great video! Thanks for sharing with us. I have a 20 pound whippet / jack Russell mix that thinks every person and dog is his friend. And a child is the ultimate. It's great to have such a friendly dog, but I worry about him getting hurt.

Just came back from our morning walk to see this video, perfect timing! We had a pretty good walk were I thought my dog was on my page and then we had two dogs out of their yard and he flipped to the hyper focus pulling, not barking or anything aggressive. I just couldn't get him to knock it off and those dogs were really ignoring him for the most part. when I finally managed to get him out of sight of the dogs he went back to being as close to perfect as I've had him.

Interesting to see how another female deals with unwanted male attention ... my previous dog was a Lab x Beardie Huntaway and her technique was to plonk her butt straight on the ground and then bark to the sky in general (meanwhile her back feet would bounce up a tiny bit in time to each bark). I am not a dog owner, but I love your videos because I totally agree with you concerning raising dogs (and other animals and even kids) 'every choice has a concequence'. So in this case, is it possible that she just smells different and that is way dogs react different to her? ( Is that even possible?)

He has one male friend and they play perfect but I want him to be friend with another male dog... Today when I was at dog park came a woman with two dogs (they sniffed each other true a gate). My Shinnok made Play Bow but one of those dogs started growl and bark... How can I be sure that my male can meet another males without problem ( I apologize for my bad English 😭)
