Here is a clip from a Jump Technique workshop I did for an Athletic Mastery Camp in Toronto at The Athlete Matrix. This drill is a STAPLE in the PPA Methodology and helps to train the athlete both physically and mentally. The deliberate PUSH movement instills a sense of urgency through a crucial stride that is often underutilized/misunderstood.
