The Bento Buster, a Kiwi in Japan, shows an alternative way to prepare the famous Ichiran Tonkotsu ramen at home using wagyu beef instead of pork chashu as a topping.
Note: Ichiran instructions suggest to use 450ml of water portion. However if you want more broth I think boiling 550ml of water in the pot would be ok.
