Dude, you're f'n chill AF. You make me wish we were havin' a pint together. I've got a Stout on the go, and was wondering WTF I was doing with it... but I'm gonna drop it in to my mini-Vevor 1 gal (small batch stout) and force carb it where I want it. Thanks so much for showin' me this. :) You're awesome! Keep the content going. (I know this is an old video, don't care. lol)

You can also just turn up the pressure on the CO2 and tip the keg back-and-forth every five minutes four about 30 to 60 minutes and it should be fully carbonated. That has worked for me

Whenever I read "force carbonation", I imagine Dart Vader raising his hand, drowning his opponent in CO2.

Another thing, could you make a video on your closed loop transfer please?

That’s a good idea! I think I learned it from a Reddit thread a few years ago, but it’s something I loved right away!

I do about 35psi for about 15-24 hours, then I turn the gas off for about 12 hours then back on for serving pressure and usually get really good results.

Sounds like a good variation, either way I find it best after a week or two.

I'm new to kegging.. does the c02 stay on the keg for the whole week or two it's sitting in the kegerator, like at serving pressure (8-12psi)? or is the c02 at the 30 psi? thanks man love your content.

Do you think that method of closed transfer would work with a pressure vessel? Just wondering. Thanks, awesome videos! 😄

I'm guessing yes, just make sure all the connections are secure! And thanks for the feedback!

What are the blue caps/plugs on your taps?
@ProstwithPeter

They’re just to keep the taps clean. All bars do something similar, and I can end up with tiny flys in the taps if I leave them open for a day or two.

Love your videos but why on earth are you still using a screwdriver for your regulator? Get a knob dude! So much easier and less cumbersome.

Haha good idea! I guess I never thought of it as too much of a problem, but that does sound nice!
