Great job! This was a really good idea. I got inspired by these videos, and I started my own RPG narrative experience with ChatGPT as well, the results have been amazing, I learned also to do recaps from time to time, so the AI doesn’t forget any important details or characters they have met along the way, which have given me much better consistency

Facts, I’m trying to write a prompt that asks it to do this automatically but yes you are 100% correct. It struggles with having a limited memory and doing recaps I would say is necessary.

I appreciate that. At the time the memory limit was killing me. I’ve since found ways to overcome that but yeah the story was SO fun.

Great wrap to a great story. It's nice seeing ChatGPT introduce a twist. I've had to guide the program in that direction. Otherwise it doesn't go down that path. I have noticed that it can get pretty repetitive with the story. I don't know how many times my characters from different games have gone to the Whispering Woods or a ruin to find a glowing orb that reacts to touch. Keep up the great work!

Thank you! Yeah I had to tell it not use the same bandit robbing the citizens arc multiple time haha. I think with some careful crafting I can make a better prompt for “more original” story telling but it likes to use the same shortcuts often
