@@firstdowntraining yesterday I use these 3 trainings with my son. The last 2 was hard for him. He had a hard time throwing pass 10 yds. This is his first year trying out for qb. He’s 9

Coach we’re trying to figure some stuff out for one of the camps since it’s too late for miami we we’re gonna see for either dallas or houston. did dallas last year it was great!!

also Coach, when rotating your hips is there exercises that could strengthen hip power for throwing?

If you get a medicine ball and face a wall and get in your throwing stance but hold the medicine ball like hip level- you can rotate and slam the ball off the wall and that can increase the speed and power of the hip drive. Hope this helps!

Hey coach I am a 13 year old going to be a qb and I feel like I have no distance on my throw. I workout daily trying to be as best as I can. I will have to start doing these drills. Do you have any other tips for me? Also, I love the videos.
