Tip for fasting. If you’re not use to it trying to go a full day right off the bat will be very physically demanding. When I first started fasting I started with intermittent fasting. Skip 1 meal a day for a bit, then go to 2 meals a day. By doing that, you’re teaching your body and subconscious that you won’t die if you go without food. Then once you’ve gotten use to skipping a meal or two, then skip all 3 meals and have your only beverage be water. Of course the next step after that will be dry fast (no food or water). What’s important to remember is when fasting is to focus on Jesus and be immersed in Scripture and prayer. The goal is to crucify the flesh and have God be your only focus. This will produce Godly discipline in your life. Hope this will help give you a starting point if you’re wanting to begin fasting. God bless you ✝️😇

@lostsoul7376 I’ve fasted for 7 days. It’s best to start out intermittent fasting and cut out carbs and sugars ahead of time. Those carbs & sugar cravings are why you get nauseous. Same as quitting any other drug.
