It's more than just an excuse. He'll be claiming that immunity for a fact now and try and make it count in all the trials that are currently ongoing. And probably he'll succeed too, in having at least some of them ground to a stand still until end of april when SCOTUS comes out and announces it is finally ready to start thinking about that question of immunity from prosecution of crimes commited while president. It's SCOTUS, it can't be argued with without nullifying the entire judicial structure. But the individual judges can - and should, in fact - be held responsible for damaging the Supreme Court's credibility and overall respectability.

I also think rather than prison he should just be confined to the meager existence of a struggling worker in the rural US. Where he has to manage his food stamps and the routine payday loan company temptations amidst his full time job that continues cutting his hours without warning and a host of appliances that work MOST of the time. That feels like the best punishment for the human latex suit ConDon aka Donald Trump. He's said from the beginning that his personal stance on vaccines won't be a large part of his presidency, and that he only talks about it when others bring it up. His stated goal with vaccines is to instate a period of testing for vaccines that's at least five years in limited human trials, and to potentially allow you to sue vaccine companies; however he acknowledged that it would ultimately end up in the supreme courts' hands. Check him out more, and he probably won't pick Rogers. He's trying to sign for more time playing in 24, it'll probably be Ventura unless someone else is there
