I've never heard of bike stand drills. What a great idea! One idea might be suggestions on mobility and flexibility training. There is so much more to flexibility than just static stretching which never has worked for me. Thanks!

@@CoachRobbBeams I'm an old rider back on the bike and couldn't even get in a good, safe attack position on the bike. The first time I tried to ride pulled a muscle throwing my leg over the bike lol. Great podcast guys!
