@@ahefazajani2820No bro, there are currently 8 associate nations with ODI status. It means that when the 20 nations (12 full members and those 8 associates) play against each other, it will count as official ODIs. Netherlands are also one of them

one of the greatest ODI matches of all time, I was on the edge of my seat and could not believe it as I was seeing. I opened KZfaq and was watching people's reaction to this match as well when it happened, disappointed that we did not get this level of performance from the Netherlands in the actual World Cup.

I was watching this match on a slow work day. By the end of the innings there were like 10 of my colleagues around me couldn’t believe what we all were witnessing. This match was absolute mayhem and so fracking fun to watch! The number of singles and twos that Netherlands ran in this match is absolutely crazy!

One of my fav. ODIs ever, at one point both teams went yard to win it, then weirdly did mistakes to loose it but giving super over to already poor bowling holder was cherry on top. Was shocked to see Van beek ahead of centurion but glad that paid off. what a game of cricket, High scoring, uigh drama and a story that will never end, fairytale stuff for Nederlands.

firstly i thought what normal video Jarrod made depicting a missed chance of catch then getting player run out but then the things took a complete turn showcasing how he reviewed one of the best thrilling odi match i have ever seen. Thanks to r/cricket, I came to learn about this madness the day it had happened. And I'll be honest, I don't think I respect anyone in cricket as much as I do Logan van Beek. Absolute force of nature, this man. That said, is Holder actually good at death? I don't know the exact stats but I'm a Rajasthan fan in the IPL and everytime I watch him bowl, he bowls nothing but full tosses and does nothing but concede boundaries.

My memories of Holder bowling in ODIs will forever be linked to AB carting the Windies for both the fastest 100 (Holder 10.11 rpo) and fastest 150 (Holder 10.40 rpo).

The biggest fact about this world cup is the realisation that the Windies are no longer a major cricketing nation or at least not right now. They’ve been on the decline for a number of years, but losing to the Dutch pretty much sealed it.

In that first ball you showed.. would it not be a no-ball because of the high full toss? Like, the only reason the wicket was allowed is because he dropped him and then ran him out, because you can be runout off a no-ball.

Only if above waist in standing position at the popping crease. The batter was on one knee and struck the ball well in front of the popping crease. It would have been knee height at best I think.

Because it was a slower ball (gone wrong) and because of Holder's height, it was dipping a lot. Would not have gone past above waist height.

Best ODI innings of all time. I haven't watched the 175* 🏏 innings of kapil dev made in 83 world cup, but this 201* by maxwell by far is the only equivalent to that innings and even greater than that. Best ODI innings of all time. 💫
