100%. I have done some SHIT jobs but no matter how shit they were, I always put my best into it. When I worked as head of maintenance at a Best Western I would hire student help every summer, one year I had a student that had lost his mother to a drug overdose a few years before, he was in a bad spot in life and in school but I seen somethign special in him, an ambition and drive I don't think he seen at the time. I had been through a lot in life, including a bad drug addiction and at the time I was 5 years clean. I always tried to give him advice in hopes he would not make the same mistakes I had made and maybe learn from the many years of my poor choices. It took me too long to learn from my mistakes and didn't want him to suffer the same. One day he asked me why I care so much about the hotel, about how it looked and why I worked so hard for shit pay. I told him I do it for selfish reasons, I do it because as long as I was head of maintenance that the building and its grounds were a reflection of me and I could never feel good about myself if I walked away at the end of the day knowing I did a poor job simply because I was not paid that great. People see me working, they see the building and the grounds and I don't want any one to assume I'm lazy or shit at my job and that every day I went home doing the best I could I felt great about myself no matter how bad the day may have been. I put my blood, sweat and tears into that building and helped them go from a hotel about to loose the Best Western name to an award winning hotel(with no thanks from the owner) but all that mattered was how it made me feel. A couple years later I got a letter of thanks from him, he explained that my advice on the selfishness of why I work hard had stuck with him and he went on to graduate HS at the top of his class and enroll in college and he thanked me for that and he would forever be grateful that I cared about a kid I hardly knew. If I had the chance, I would have told him it was always there and that I was proud of the choices he made. Sorry for the novel.

Old Sneelock's Workshop began as a way to share knowledge. I spent time editing and shooting the first vid in order to get a concept across. After I realized through comments that there was an interest in the channels message and I developed somewhat of a following I began spending less time honing the image and more just talking to the viewers as friends. The stress level dropped precipitously.

Many content creators suffer greatly due to their over-reliance on wireless (microwave) technologies. Rapid/irregular heart rate is one of the first acute responses individuals have to some of the electromagnetic disruptions in our environment. I know Cody has played with this idea before (barefoot/grounding) but I wonder for all his promo tools, if he owns a basic set of EMF meters? Take care.

Something most people are just to afraid to do or show anymore in our materialistic society we live in. I've given you a plethora of guff regarding "the eastern man comments" but there are still a bunch of us eastern men that live and work just like you, that enjoy your channel. Keep up the great content and we'll look for more great Wranglerstar videos to come. God Bless.

Right you are, Cody! You have poured blood, sweat and tears into this experiment called KZfaq and your efforts and professionalism have not gone unnoticed ! Well done, man! I've just retired this month, mandatory at age 65 from my airline job of the last 31 years, preceded by 10 years in the Air Force. I can tell you, the bleeding I did studying for yearly check rides entailed weeks of preparation, the main goal, from the company's perspective, was to guarantee that the flying public had a competent, skilled and safe pilot at the controls. But, it was also an opportunity to put your license on the line, your livelihood and way of life. For me, it seemed like necessary busy work but I'm sure the stress meter was ticking also. Anyways, keep up the great work! Cheers!

Consider this one of those "digital slaps on the back". I've found with content creators, they have something to say, and then as the years go on, eventually they are just making everything up or turn into a pointless hype-monster because it takes so much time to make content, and the algo doesn't let you step away without taking a huge penalty, they don't have any time to check out anyone elses content or read or in general really learn new things and improve. To have been at it as long as you have and been able to continue bringing enthusiasm into what you post, in my mind at least, is remarkable. I could say more but I think thats enough run-on sentences for the day.

My wife has tried to convince me to start a KZfaq channel for years but I refuse to do it because of "the dark side of being a KZfaqr!" I'm well past the age that my giveadamn stopped working and don't have the ability to tolerate stupid. I've seen dozens of channels go from a handful of subscribers to thousands or millions and ALL of them have to make the video asking random people NOT to show up at their house. Most KZfaqrs who have kids or grandkids have to hide them from the camera to keep the perverts away. And lastly there seems to be a lot of people who think a creator owes them something because they went through all the effect of clicking the subscribe button and then get all mad when they don't perform like a trained monkey! I have respect for anyone that wants that job so bad they are willing to put all that aside just to entertain a bunch of strangers on the Internet.

I think that is a wrong way to think of it. Stress, that is. A professional runner will have a high heart rate during a race. I have read that a professional chess player will burn just as many calories per minute, presumably they would need a similar heart rate to accomplish this. That you have a high heart rate while performing your career is not evidence that you are stressed, dying, or suffering. It is only evidence that you are doing hard work well. Do you really want to spend the rest of your life without your heart going above 90 beats per minute?

No worries mate, your fans and God love you. Both also remember that like the rest of us you are but dust of the earth. If another should judge let him first examine himself and remove the beam from his own eye before removing the splinter from yours. Much love and blessing your way and continue to do what you do without malice or I'll intent, all will be justified. ✌
