I worry all the time, even now, about literally everything. That closing line really set my mind at ease, thanks Cody. God bless!

water is 'god given right', go to lake, stream, collect rainwater. water systems; pumping stations, water filtration and treatment, maintenence of pipework, is not a basic right and costs money and if you dont pay for it, well, its getting turned off

I’m DONE trying to explain the obvious the oblivious. Forgive me, Lord I fought the good fight for 16 years trying to get sleepwalking Americans to reclaim agency. A mass poisoning and overthrown Presidency later and some are just now starting to scratch their heads and ask others if “something seems off”

All Proho's word of caution with the boiled linseed oil if you apply with rags, they will combust on their own, so take proper care when discarding. This is pretty common knowledge in the woodworking community, but I was not aware of it as everyday knowledge growing up. Bourbon Moth on YT has a great video where he did a test on it.

People of my generation may look at maintenance of hand tools as "fanaticism", but that's because they do not have any conception of "lifetime tools". They are so used to buying a cheap shovel, using it for a year or so, and discarding it when it inevitably breaks that they have never learned that proper tools can last generations if correctly maintained.
