Obvi I have no clue what really happened, and I can only speak for myself- and I’d say that it came about bc her death in itself was just so sketchy and it never sat right w a lot of ppl. And it only got worse as ppl started to notice various suspicious connections Diddy had to Aaliyah+her death. It’s crazy to me just how many deaths Diddy is associated with.

Pat, I'm 42, so probably one of your older viewers. The Biggie / Pac drama went down my early high school years and you've done an excellent job of explaining the entire beef and puff's involvement. Every hip hop message board from 1997-2004 questioned Puff's involvement. Big's mother always disliked Puff and she was angry at the "tribute" songs Puff made for Biggie because they were used to line Diddy's pockets. Even Eminem started taking shots here and there in recent years.

Although a lot of the things in this video do revolve around "conspiracy." I did try to focus on stories with much more substantial claims/evidence of being the truth. Kim Porter's death, which I do mention at the end, is one of the most speculative of them all. There is no evidence she was writing a "tell all" book. The only "evidence" of foul play regarding her death is just people saying it's abnormal for a presumably healthy 47 year old to die of pneumonia. Medical professionals determined her cause of death was natural and no foul play was involved. Again some may argue that this was Diddy covering his tracks well but it seemed widely speculative with no concrete sources to back claims. but still my closing statement remains: 45:43

I was in high school when Tupac and Biggie were killed. I grew up listening to these artists. This was a great video with a lot of details, as usual. It's obvious you do extensive research. Watching this brought back a lot of memories. We speculated about a lot of these things as teenagers when certain news stories came out on the radio/TV/magazines in the 90s. It's wild how the truth always comes out no matter how long it takes. Side note: that was a picture of B.O.N.E Thugz in Harmony (from Cleveland), not Junior M.A.F.I.A., Biggie's people from BK.

No, the general public didn’t ignore it. Especially if you’re from the Southside in Chicago. All the girls in my age group knew about R.Kelly and we mostly stayed away from him! But we knew about him and his behavior. Especially once it hit the news that he’d married Aaliyah. But what could we do? He was protected by a corrupt system full of crooked cops and politicians. For every girl who’s spoken out, there’s 10 more who haven’t. I can’t speak for NYC and P. Apparently, The story was biggie didn’t want to go to L.A. with his injured leg but puffy really wanted him at the after party of the award show. In that documentary it said biggie was wanted in London for a press event (to introduce him Europe) but Puffy was insisting he appear at that after party, implying puffy had bad intentions for big.

There are many misleading and i would say incorrect statements in this although im only 16 mins in. For example, the video claims that BIG was somehow a pawn in all of this or that he wanted to squash the beef. If he wanted to squash the beef he wouldnt have been spitting verses taking shots at 2pac in LA less than a year after he was murdered.
