@DR3ADER1
@DR3ADER1 4 күн бұрын
@@snusnu39 For one, her desire for money is not based on her views of equality, but on her personal fiscal enrichment. And when people pointed out that the "equal pay" narrative was based entirely on myth, she ignored it and pressed on anyway. Considering that the settlement was merely less than the average earnings of a small second-division men's club, she tried to pass it off as a victory despite no progress being made in the long term. That's discounting the fact that the only reason why she pressed the case was that her perception of her actual abilities as a footballer was greater than the reality of it all, considering that she lost to a bunch of children, young enough to be her sons, in a friendly match. The long and short of it is that it was all Ego, just like Solo's campaigning. Ego and narcissism. All steeped in sociopathy.

The whole salary situation, once you look into it, turns out to be the opposite of what they claimed; they simply negotiated different contracts. When offered the same contract as the men, they turned it down. They wanted one with stable pay and benefits, whereas the men were essentially paid per game played.

For the record, the Women's Soccer team was paid less because they were 50 percent salaried, unlike the Men's Soccer team who earn essentially by commission, earning money by participating in games, and earning bonuses by winning those games. The reason the Women's team was paid less was because the other 50 percent of their pay was the bonus money they earned from participating and winning in matches. This means that, technically speaking, the Women's Soccer team was not asking for equal pay, but rather asking to be paid significantly more than their male counterparts (a rough breakdown of how that would equal would basically mean: 50 percent salaried, 50 percent commission, and an additional amount so their commission is equal to the amount of commission the Men earn, which when totaled, would actually be more than the Men's team).

Worse - the women had been offered the same deal as the men and said 'no f-ing way - we want guaranteed salary/benefits'. Just remember, OJ was a great football player, but he had dozens of verified DV against Nicole. Sports isn’t everything. Edit: I intentionally only stated about verified DV, but ok. Let’s play this game since everyone thinks he is so innocent. He was convicted of a violent felony, armed robbery, but we will skip over that for now. There were photos of OJ in 1991 in those rare gloves purchased by Nicole. The receipt was shown in court. Only 200 made and sold in New York where Nicole shopped. OJ tried on a new pair of XL gloves and they fit. He allegedly did not fit in the shrunken gloves. 30 photos later resurfaced after the trial that showed OJ in the rare Bruno Magli shoes. Only 299 size 12 made in the whole world. The tread of the shoe was covered in bld and at the the crime scene and in his Bronco. OJ said he never owned a pair after shown the photos of himself in the shoes. He alleged they were fake. He was on a football field at a Broncos game commenting with them on. To this day the shoes are missing. Not even LAPD had access to the shoes “Mocha” brown fibers were found at the scene on the glove and on the glove at OJs. The jury was not allowed to hear that only 1700 vehicles out of the over 5 million vehicles had that carpet in LA. The fibers were confirmed to be from a 1993 or 1994 Bronco. Not even terrible Fuhrman could have pulled that off. Please, don’t lie to yourself. The jury didn’t have all the info, but it’s more than available now

In Britain, footballers are from working class backgrounds. They’d be working in factories, on building sites, serving in the British army, or doing petty crime, if they weren’t a professional footballer. Britain’s got no history of university sport in the way America has, especially when football is a working class sport. University sport is exclusively amateur in Britain, it doesn’t lead to a professional career. Cricket and rugby are more middle class.

4:41 I will say one thing about football is that even if you’re one of the greats, if you do a crime the fans will usually never mention you again. In England for example Ryan Giggs was highly regarded for a long time, but then his crimes came out and now he’s not even mentioned by United fans. So don’t worry she’s thankfully already been moved on from in football which is good because someone like this shouldn’t deserve any good recognition.

32:16 “I will continue to gain empathy…. ‘ 😂😂😂 like it’s som transactional reward for completing levels of a video game This is exactly how psychopaths view empathy. Basically something they need to get better at learning to mimic.

no, this is what happens when social media forces this public apology culture, and people have to type out these long public apologies that they DO NOT mean. they're just using buzz words that sound good because they HAVE to. shes not sorry and no celebrity or influencer who ever has to apologize is actually sorry, they just know they have to do it. I'd rather they not even address it but braindead internet monkeys will harass them about it forever if they don't make up some fake nonsensical apology that is meaningless.

_Soccer is not a "Rich White Mans Only Sport", the sport just like football has always had deverse players from all backrounds. They hire players based on their skills, not their race._

Really shows the American view on the sport which is ABSOLUTELY not true everywhere else in the world. In France, in England, it's for everyone and most stars usually come from working class and are from all ethnicities... What an insulting statement to make....

For real. What an ignorant comment. All of the greatest players came from poverty. You cannot create a diamond without pressure. Messi is a diamond. C. Ronaldo is a diamond. Pele is a diamond. The list goes on. The disrespect in that comment is astounding.

@@thewateringwiz7118Also, you're right. I feel like I am the only person who loves the sport in this country. I know they're out there. I grew up playing, and still do. But, the sport does not get the respect it deserves here. Instead, they call the sport g*y, and ignore it. :( it's the world's sport. I don't get it.

Hearing this girl say she was a “victim of domestic violence” actually makes me mad. What a real monster. Prayer towards the 17 year old, his mother, and any one else that had to deal with her.🙏🏽🙏🏽

Too much credit for stopping a ball trying to get into a net. She should thank us for supporting her to be able to play with balls for a living.

It was never about equal pay. She said “I blessed you with my presence” to the cops and later said her experience was “a gift” Narcissist really don’t care about anyone else. She never cared about women as a whole. She cares about herself.
