Lilium today is like Tesla in 2010 when Tesla's stock was only $10 a share (Lilium is currently $10.75 a share). Tesla is now $774 a share. I knew that Tesla would be big someday so I bought Tesla stock back then but sold it too early (made about $20k and thought I was so smart!) Not gonna make the same mistake again this time!

Tesla always had huge plans for expansion, Lilium doesn't. Maximum what they have planned is a larger version (so far). That's the issue.

It will be many years before this becomes an aircraft that the masses can purchase similar to that of a car. At least 2 decades of operation. Before such consumer sales, its flight infrastructure would need to be well used and well serviced (as in skies full of these jets operating as taxis) And once they're deemed incredibly reliable and autonomous. only then would consumer sales be considered. All this due to the gov and Faa need to reduce the risk of such high population proximity aircraft becoming weaponized. Cant have people deliberately crashing their aircraft into buildings.

no cruise flight yet, the fucking thing doesn't cruise yet ! all vertical short leaps, lilium the leaper !

Everyone talks about VTOL! What would this craft perform like, in Conventional Aircraft Mode? (Say, the Extension and Rotation of the "Powered Flap" function, get stuck, seize, or otherwise fail!) What would it require for Take-off and Landing space, in that situation?
