Şehzade Süleyman, en yakın adamı Pargalı İbrahim ile birlikte çıktığı bir avda alır kötü haberi. Babası Yavuz Sultan Selim Han vefat etmiştir. Şehzade Süleyman hiç beklemeden, İstanbul’a doğru yola çıkar. Şehzade Süleyman hızla payitahta ulaşır. Hiç beklemeden cülus törenine katılır. Bir günde hayatı değişmiş. Sultan Süleyman olarak padişahlık hayatına başlamıştır.
Bu sırada, Karadeniz üzerinden içi köle yüklü bir kadırga, İstanbul’a doğru gelmektedir. Kölelerden en ateşli olanı ise, kaderini değiştirecek olan yolculuğa çıktığının henüz farkında değildir. Geri dönmek için çaresiz bir şekilde isyan etmektedir.
Sultan Süleyman, padişahlığının ilk gününde verdiği buyruklarla nasıl bir padişah olduğunu göstermek ister. Ama bu kararlar herkesin hoşuna gitmeyecektir. Sultan Süleyman ise gönderdiği mesajlarla, tüm Avrupa’ya meydan okumaktan çekinmez.
Alex, tüm isyankarlığına rağmen, Topkapı sarayına getirilir. Onun bu tavrı ilk andan itibaren Valide Sultan’ın dikkatini çeker. Ama Alex’in sarayın kurallarını öğrenmesi uzun sürmez. Kendisine büyük bir hedef seçer. Alex, Sultan Süleyman’ın karşısına çıktığı ilk gecede onun ilgisini çekmeyi başarır. Sultan Süleyman’ın eşi Mahidevran ise Manisa sarayından yeni gelmiş. Eşi ile görüşmeyi sabırsızlıkla beklemektedir.

Agreed, he should've just shut his mouth when it came to the loyalty of him and the jannisarries to mustafa... its like, you big ol' dummy, you just cast MORE doubt on the shezade you want to see on the throne. 🤦‍♀️ Mustafa should've gave the go ahead signal before he said all that lolol😂

@@hjurassic7142 "When you play the game of thrones, you win or you die." A famous quote by Cersei Lannister, but Rustem says something like this in the season 4 trailer. The game of power is eternal and the winners are usually the ones who are willing to go the lowest. There are so many talented potential rulers in history who failed to become king, but we shouldn't hate the players but the game itself. Ultimately the ottoman empire is an absolute monarchy. Would Rustem and Hurrem have so much power in another form of government? Unlikely.

Shah Sultan maybe had ambition and cunning, but she's loyal to Suleyman. In other hand, Fatma just didn't care. She, like Ali Agha, supported Mustafa like Suleyman already in his deathbed. And people expected Suleyman to keep calm? Mustafa is a victim of his own supporter.

People keep saying Hurrem didn't care about the Empire she only cared about herself and her kids, but the only thing that should matter to a person in Hurrem's position is the now and future of her children. Why should she give a fig about the Empire that caused her so much pain, took everything from her, and then labelled her a slave?

It’s just an oath Janissaries say. It’s also in the episode where Hizir Hayreddin Paşa shows Şehzade Mustafa the Janissaries in Amasya, around 103

So Ali Agha deserved to die because he disrespected the grand vizier Rustem . But when Iskander celebi disrespected Ibrahim and plotted to kill him , also plotted his failure in a campaign so that he gets insulted. Which generally should be considered as a war crime. He was innocent as a saint 🤡 Wow.

5:45 Mustafa looks at tower of justice towards hurrem sultana with sad defeated face, he deserved this, he must learn not to accept and bless traitors. Another victory for hurrem sultan, well done, she teaches Mustafa a lesson which his mother fails to. Fatma is stupid, hurrem sultan once again spoke true facts there. Fatma even disrespected mihrimah but what can one say here, mihrimah trusted her aunt with personal matters didn't she learn yet that all Suleiman sisters are evil?

Umm if you blame Hürrem for Empire’s end, then Kösem should get the blame too coz she was literally more powerful than the Sultans of her time (except Ahmed I and Murad IV) and controlled everything. Everything almost collapsed during her regency
