I've just never seen nor heard of someone who was depressed doing these types of things. Apparently social anxiety was never an issue with his depression. It reminds me of people who say or do bad things then say they have ADD or some other issue as if that somehow excuses their behavior.

I have no respect for anyone who makes people upset for personal gain, even after attempts to redeem themselves. And then they try to play it off as some sort of "joke" as if that makes everything okay, which, big shocker, it doesn't. If you go out and offend complete strangers on purpose "as a joke", they will not laugh. Not because they're "so sensitive", but because you're literally going up to random people on the street, and annoying and bothering them by saying intentionally offensive things. What do you expect?
