Butter 120 gr / 4 oz.
Mold measuring approximately 20 x 15 cm / 8 x 6 inches.
Add half of the shortbread cookies.
Strawberries 300 gr / 10.5 oz.
Cream cheese 300 g / 10.5 oz.
Milk Cream 33% 200 ml / 7 fl oz.
Mix well.
Sugar 120 gr / 4 oz.
Agar Agar 10 gr / 0.35 oz.
Milk 240 ml / 8 fl oz.
Bring to a boil.
Add the other half of the shortbread cookies.
Store in the refrigerator for 1 hour.
