Last time, I did a walkaround of the Zeekr 007. It looks an unorthodox car from the future. But today, after driving it, I found that this is the most Model 3-like car ever.

The value proposition is just mind-boggling. 646hp for 230,000RMB???? In my country (UK), that gets you a 1.0 hybrid Toyota Yaris with barely 130hp lmao Luckily I'm moving to China soon :D Honestly, the Chinese car market seems to me as the most exciting car market on earth. So many players in the EV field, so much competition. Which means we win as a consumer!

Unfortunately, such a huge car in China would cause some inconvience while driving and parking, also u dont get much chance to reach that high speed

Any chance of a hatchback version? I like the 001, but the price is a bit steep. I really, really like the interior of the 007, but no hatch!

Words on the street is that there's gonna be a shooting brake version soon, but nothing soild.

Nice! I am actually waiting for what SMART can do out of this platform, as I am not a fan of the all-sunroof without any blinds. A sedan from Smart could be the best of two worlds: Elegant styling outside and inside (with more real buttons and automatic sun blinds) + the outstanding technical features and stats of the Zeekr 007.

The one area where it's easy to beat Tesla is styling. BYD Seal, NIO ET5, Xiaomi SU7, Avatr 12 all look better than their Tesla equivalent. I think Zeekr missed the memo. They need to work on their exterior styling.

The 007 looks great! Avatr 12 isn’t really a competitor to Model 3 or any of the other sedans. It competes more with Zeekr 001. And ET5 has sadly been a sales flop, so the looks department hasn’t done it any real favors with its sales. I think Zeekr 007 will sell well. Also, Xiaomi SU7 looks great too and I think it will do well, but Zeekr 007’s design is more original.

hey man nice video but we know geely history and make sense ev and quality smooth and i trust geely is grow fast and very good ev in the game please when you can make more test and compare alla stability noise turn cornet how handle or if spin wheel when u push let us know update thanks!

When/if it comes to EU they will increase the price by 10k at least, making it unaffordable again for the masses. Im hoping for the battery technology to trickle down over the years so we can finaly have a usable car with decent range in the 20k segment

The toyota corolla of the future pretty much sums it up! This is the new bench mark every saloon is compared since 2016/17 in every metric and will be until the Model A 2024/25stuns everybody again!

@@enockheewonyoon1001 It's not like the US with fisker/karma/revero or other ev startups going bankrupt before starting production. Zeekr is owned by geely automotive. They also own Volvo. If they really wanted to they could just brand zeekrs as Volvos and sell them in the US. Volvo already sells a Chinese made EV (the ex30) in the US. They get away with it because they have a factory in the US. Buick/general motors gets away with it too

Tesla's share in EV sales was 10.6 percent in January 2024 for example, not bad, but to be stating "everyone" buys Tesla in China... BYD had a share of 26.1 percent in the same period. People in China are mainly buying Chinese brands.

@@madev_channelDid you actually watch the review. There is hardly anything in it that makes the Fisker a bad car. All the Fisker owners love their car. BTW the review was done with an old version of the software (pre-1.11) that was before the Bluetooth pairing got corrected. How dishonest is that?
