Considering Nio has an early head start about 6 years or so, Xiaomi did a great job here. Give it another 3 years. They could really change the game.

@thtupid4 сағат бұрын
I do like the SU7 but it's a bit rough on the edges. I reckon it will be the one to get after it gets a face lift. For now, judging by the reviews, it seems like Xiaomi released it for people to beta test the car for them.

Japan made a huge effort on hybrids and China surpassed them in EV technology so they can’t do anything abou it now. Don’t you know Toyota bought a seal and is tearing it apart and will post results soon. I guess they can’t accept that China is beating Japan in all sectors of technology and quality as well. I

if you look at private imports you should see more people going to EVs as well, as the Wulin Mini EV has been quite popular in Japan along with the BYD seagull, both are much cheaper to purchase. Also the two have a relatively big customization culture

It will be more than interesting to see and understand how « politics « will deal with the forthcoming integration of the company VW with Xpeng and Rivian. It’s clear the industry managers drive on different levels than politicians, isn’t it. Point remains that consumers will vote and therefore buy for comfort, security, reliability and effectiveness. And that is essential

The thing that really made me pay attention to Nio was that all the reviewers measured the ET7 to have the best noise isolation on the market. That is very impressive to beat Mercedes, BMW etc. I would definitely consider an ET9 if I was rich.

The features he shows here are the “nice to have” additional items, need to focus on the basics when buying. Motors, suspension, brakes steering, visibility for normal driving and parking. My concern would be that some of these gimmicky parts break easily with normal wear and tear.
