Vernon you have a gift and that's because you find each person's "key", and that is speaking to each young person as an individual and appreciate their abilities,at the end of the day we all have disabilities. An example being if I was in a room full of mathematicians I would be classified asI have a disability because I'm useless at maths So luck and respect to you Sir
