It's here... and later than ever! The Haters Guide to the NHL Season (The Western Conference this time). Another year of tightly contested and exhilarating NHL goodness continues with many of these teams gearing up for a potential playoff run.
What will this video inform you about: Hopefully something? Hopefully?
The playoff predictions are going to be mocked yet again (like the EC ones), but my response to that is come at me. I'll eat shit in April if I'm wrong. Deal? The shit eating will probably happen, ya know.

If the coyotes can keep up the momentum from the second half of last season, I think they do have a shot at wildcard contention. Raanta, Keller, OEL, the Christians, and now Galchenyuk can help turn things around. I stuck with the team last season and I will do it again!

I'd prefer them in Houston before/when they join the Central division. Having a team that's sometimes in the Pacific, rather than beforehand (Arizona jumps time zones instead of doing Daylight savings time) No pacific time zone teams in my Central division.

Tree thank you for posting hockey content. Before last year I was strictly football and basketball only. But since the NFL likes to be absolute control freaks with their image, players, and product and the Warriors just ruined basketball for the next 3-4 years, I really needed a new sport to entertain myself with. Before your haters guide to the 2018 NHL playoffs, I have never seen any hockey games or highlights in my life (thanks ESPN). But because of you and your content, I absolutely fell in love with this sport. So again thank you so much tree!!

If it means anything, I won't hold your Western Conference predictions against you. Outside of Vancouver just about anyone can make playoffs if luck goes their way, or miss with an underperforming season and/or injuries. East is pretty set except for Wild Card so the only thing of interest is to see when Melnyk get's the Mussolini treatment.
