The Haters Guide to the 2019/20 NHL Season: Eastern Conference Edition

It's finally done. I apologize for the delay on this, but a loaded sports schedule and the video taking a lot longer to do than I had hoped would do this. The Western Conference video won't be too far behind, fortunately. At least there's that caveat.
In the meantime, though, the NHL season is officially underway. The race to April is a interesting one, with ebbs and flows aplenty. With the Eastern Conference, there should be some moving and shaking, but how? What should you expect from each team moving forward? This video will help you to figure out what to keep an eye on in the future. At least I can pretend that it does.

As an european who never cared for the sport in my homeland but who ended up loving it since moving o the US. Is it the price of the equipment? Its canadians origins may be? I mean, I do agree. Best playoffs by a country side.

Here's my prediction: they'll pull a Cubs impression and be underwhelming all year long; then they'll manage to get some traction to take a low seed, then will proceed to loose their last 5 games of the season in a row to miss playoffs (if this actually happens, it's both funnier and sadder if you see who their opponents for the last 5 games actually are)

Everyone seems to forget that Lehner and Greiss split time last season with the Islanders and posted similar numbers. I expect similar results with Varlamov especially with a great defensive core in front of them.
