A list of the 12 healthiest foods with no carbs and no sugar.
In today's video I'll be highlighting a list of meats, fish, fruit, vegetables, herbs and spices which have little to no carbs and no sugar. These foods are practical to eat when following a no sugar diet, or a low carb diet such as the ketogenic diet or carnivore diet
High amounts of sugar and refined carbohydrates consumed often causes inflammation and damage to the body and increases the risk of high blood pressure, heart attacks, obesity, nerve damage and problems with circulation.
Reducing carbs and eating healthier sources of vitamins and minerals will help your body to return to a healthy balance and heal itself naturally from all kinds of health problems.
Some of my favourite supplements for a no sugar, no carb diet.

+1 on the grounding / earthing. If you sleep in your truck, connect your mattress or sheet to a grounding rod, there are many ways of doing this if you check KZfaq. Sleep well grounded when you can and you may be pleasantly surprised how your inflammation comes down. I use argenmesh on my bed and have been sleeping grounded for over 10 years now, and I'll never sleep ungrounded again.

Fasting really helped me accelerate weight loss on Keto. Once you plateau, try fasting 18 hours a day and then increase to 19 or 20 once you feel ready. I was 275, pre diabetes and my doctor wanted to put me on metformin to which I said no. Went back 6 months later and weighed 220, no pre diabetes and doctor was stunned.

To the person reading this who is just starting their health journey: If you are used to eating processed foods, not much vegetables, and low quality meat... don't feel like you need to go from that to eating grass fed grass finished, wild caught meat and organic home grown veggies immediately. Especially if youre like the majority of American who are on a tight budget rn. You will see and feel results from from small changes like just starting to eat more vegetables even if they aren't organic. That's one of the pros of having a "bad" diet, small changes make a big difference. What's mentioned in this video is a great goal to have, but work your way there. This is me speaking to my past self really.

If you try and fail, that's a good thing. That's supposed to happen. Don't take failure personally. Reflect and move on. You'll probably fail again. This is why it's called a journey. Just remember it's not personal, it's just life. You fail until you don't.

Great! Your comment deserves the Highest recognition. Over 50% of people living in the USA cannot afford all these over priced so called "organic" foods and grass feed this meat or wild caught that. It is a set up. This corrupted USA government is allowing the grocery stores to be stocked from one end to another with all sources of food that kills people.

Been on keto for 2 years and eat intermittently (once a day) Lost 41 kg and now weigh 78 kg from 119 kg. Have use only butter to do all my cooking. No takeaways and fast food, no cheat days, not even gym. Just walking and riding my bike in the neighbourhood. Do 120 push ups in batches of 20 through out the day randomly everyday along with sit up which i do twice a day until my ab ache or get tired i never count. But the health benefit are insane.I hardly mouth-breath and naturally nose breath. No snoring like i use and been easy to run 10k even tho i don't do it often. Its basically a lifestyle now.

I turned 50 this year but been feeling awful for the last 2 maybe 3 years, at around 47 i felt a change in my physique, i been training for 37 years, body was not recuperating has good has before, but this year was the worst, sinus allergies, bloating and fatigue after eating, i am 5 feet 10 but 268 pounds, lot of muscle mass but also develop a gut and love handles. This channel is a god sent and one of the many that i follow that made me realize how bad sugar is, and the damage that process foods can do to your body. I recently added fasting back into my lifestyle, and do longer fast 24 to 48h and switch to a semi low carb diet slowly trying to go full keto. All i can say is that my energy levels are coming back and i feel less tired.

That sounds quite tasty, and nutritious, have you ever cooked kale in the oven? Just get a baking tray, pour some olive oil in followed the kale, rock salt, juice from a lemon and cook for approximately 10 minutes, or until the kale is crispy, you can tweak it a it if you like spicy food by sprinkling a small amount of chilli flakes ,or whatever spice you like.

I use to love chicken and turkey now I'm not comfortable eating them as I don't feel as good the next because there's not enough fat in them. My keto doctor says eat a stick of butter with them but not big on the texture of butter that way. You can keep the salad and all the seeds and may I suggest go read autopsies looking for foods that you can't digest and research each and ever item you eat. Research each item and read the research from a real research institution not in America. Try France Japan or England but make sure it is a country that provides medical to the population because they will give the real research and not tell you to believe a comprehensive study of 19 or 199 people. Your going to learn a lot of foods you have been programmed to eat give you nothing and in some cases there not even human digestible

@@fedx2185 Try grilling up some chicken breasts then dicing them up. Keep them in the fridge. They work great on a salad. But what I really like to do with them is heat some of the diced chicken in a pan with butter and add sliced baby portabella mushrooms to it along with diced squash and zucchini. Heat until the vegetables are tender. Toss into a bowl with a large handful of baby spinach and add some monteray jack cheese along with some feta. Stir to combine and you have a great meal with plenty of good fat in it.

I have scoliosis, 2 herniated discs, psoriatic arthritis, osteoporosis, IBS, sleep apnea, bronchiolitis obliterans, hypertension, hypercholesterolemia, benign tremor, depression/anxiety/ADHD/PTSD. My health went to hell about 4 years ago, head to toes, for not dealing with traumas throughout my life. I learned that through mental health counseling. I miss moderate hiking, dancing, and riding my Harley (am having to sell it at this point, but have 48K miles of awesome memories). Reading your comment gives me hope and encouragement. In the organic category, check out "the dirty dozen." They are the only plant foods it is essential to buy organic. Ofc, you want your meats that aren't 100% pastured or grass-fed to be organic too, bcz whatever pesticides and toxins they were fed will settle in their fat & transfer to your when you eat them.

I’ve been eating keto/low carb for 8 years now. I don’t consider it a diet as this is how we’re naturally meant to eat. Flour and vegetable oils are man made (try eating wheat and seeds in the wild without machinery) and fruit was only meant to be eaten at the end of summer for fat storage to get you through the leaner winter months. Eating this way has saved my life - No thanks to my doctor who would rather pump me full of medication!

The main culprit is not fruit, grains, rice, and pasta. Hundreds of millions of people ate these foods and belong to the top areas if it's about longevity: Japan and Hongkong for example. (Google it ) If this carb nonsense would be true the entire Asian region would be obese for the last thousands of years, the contrary is true. What's wrong is the typical American diet loaded with EMPTY carbs, wrong fats etc., We need COMPLEX carbs, which are not to be found in Meats, for our Microbiome., that is science. Do not parrot everybody, look at the science. Saturated fats are o.k. as long as you use them sparingly, that is science too,.

Exactly! The Western population is exposed to so many GMOs which are robbing the foods of their minerals and nutrients. If you kept your same Western diet but lived in the East, you would lose weight simply because your body would be getting what it needed from the quality food groups. @@Ron-rk6iz

Grains have been eaten by humans since at least the very first farmers took them from the wild and learned how to cultivate them thousands of years ago. They created rudimentary "GMO" plants that were easier to grow and provided greater nutrition. As a result, the population of the human race exploded. Domesticating animals also contributed to the population boom.

Chicken is among the world's most popular meats. It's high in many beneficial nutrients and an excellent source of protein. If you're on a low carb diet, it may be better to go for fattier cuts like wings and thighs. Carbs: Zero Eggs are also naturally free of carbs, so crack up and chow down. Eggs are an inexpensive source of high-quality protein, which along with the fat, can help to sustain your energy and mental alertness

Great video! I was diagnosed with IBS last year so I came across videos on KZfaq from Dr. Berg, Dr. Frank Suarez and Bobby from Flavcity. I have learned to be careful with my carbs and stopped counting calories. I learned to read the ingredients of what I buy (it's scary to see how much junk and cheap fillers they add in our food/personal care products). I stopped cooking with cheap oils and started cooking with EVOO, avocado oil or extra virgin coconut oil. I started eating grass fed butter (real butter) once in a while, grass fed meat, wild salmon, organic pasteurized eggs (I love eggs! I make breakfast tacos pretty much every day hehe) , etc. It's not easy to buy organic, but I try every time I can, or at least non gmo and gluten free for sure because of my IBS. If you are member of Costco, it saves you money buying organic! I have cut down my sugar and carbs: bread, cokes, pasta, etc. I have lost 10-12 lbs just by making those changes since last year. Not a lot, but not too bad because I don't really exercise and my clothes feel so much better, especially my jeans! Lol. I learned with Dr. Frank that I wanted to lose fat not neccesarily weight. I drink water according to my weight. I have increased my vitamin D3 +K2 because I was low for years! I have learned about the importance of probiotics (specially when you take a lot of antibiotics). I am still learning, but I am on the right direction. Thank you for your videos, I learned few things from you that I will include in my diet.

Ryan, since winter is coming up fast I thought I would share a quick soup that meets your criteria and see what you thought about it. All of the ingredients can be found in most organic sections of most markets. 1 qt chicken stock 1 qt beef stock 1 package frozen meatballs (make sure to check the ingredients to avoid cheap ones with fillers) These can be beef or turkey meatballs 1 yellow squash quartered and diced rough 1 zucchini quartered and diced rough 1 can diced tomatoes (get with jalapenos if you like a little kick) 3 carrots halved and diced rough 3 stalks of celery diced rough 3 cups of baby spinach 1 table spoon Emeril Essence seasoning Emeril Essence Seasoning ============================ 2 1/2 tablespoons paprika 2 tablespoons salt 2 tablespoons garlic powder 1 tablespoon black pepper 1 tablespoon onion powder 1 tablespoon cayenne pepper 1 tablespoon dried oregano 1 tablespoon dried thyme ============================= Add stock, meatballs and tomatoes to a large soup pot and bring to a boil. Add in zucchini, squash, carrots and celery and bring back to a boil. Simmer until vegetables are the softness you enjoy Place a good amount of spinach in a bowl and ladle soup on top. This soup takes 20 minutes start to finish.
