This video is a tour of an abandon tuberculosis hospital called The Homestead. I went with my wife and daughter last week and put this together for us.

Eerie atmosphere, ominous music, adventure, you have it all. It must have been a nice place at one time before the vandals visited.

Yeah idiots always have to ruin things. It was frustrating to see what they did to the place but the tour itself was a lot of fun. Glad you enjoyed the music. :)

Thank you! I hope you are doing well today recovering from yesterday. I saw your little update saying it went well and you have a book to keep you busy. :)

Wow! This was so cool to see but so eerie at the same time! How brave to explore an abandoned site. I have never done that myself but always wanted too. Would make for some great photography. Very cool!

Yes it was very cool... video really doesn't do it justice but I thought I would record for our memories and share with you guys. Glad to see you on...

Thanks! It was a really cool place. This place was on a show we watched and we love old spooky places. Glad you enjoyed it. How is Bella doing?

Bella is doing a lot better. I had to holler at her this morning. We were outside and she dug something up and was eating it! Crazy dog! Hahaha. I'm just glad she's feeling better.

Haven't watched the whole thing yet, but the music makes it very spooky! Quite an eerie abondoned old place! 😮

Thanks Pete... It was amazing to think of the lives (history) of all the people who were patients or employees. How many people went thru that place... And to see what it has become....

The music at the end reminds me of the Horror movies where the star survived the horror and is safe and going home. Or,...are they safe!?

Nice video, love this spot but it’s so rundown it’s really lost its glow. Sucks there isn’t any content inside the place itself worth filming but love what you put together 🙏🏼

Thank you for watching and commenting. We were told that some agency came in and took all the old stuff out and this is all that is left. We found out about this place because of Destination Fear. They did an episode here. I can't image this place can stand a whole lot longer with all the windows destroyed... you can see in some places where the walls are coming down. Anyways it was still a good time. Again thanks for watching.

So I have actually been here. Cool but creepy place. Oh, and I will be seeing Nikki Sixx live this Thursday night.
@FacelessBookReviews2 ай бұрын
When were you here? Me and my daughter saw him provably 8 years ag when he was in that band Sixx:A.M. They were really good. They were one of the opening bands Five Finger Death Punch.

Its sad to see all the graffiti further showing how run-down this building is or thinking what it could have been.
@FacelessBookReviews2 ай бұрын
I couldn't agree more... We were told all the windows were mostly intact 10 years ago... Most of this damage is recent.😢 Not sure if you saw but someone started a fire in the theater and burned half the stage. People can suck at times. But on a positive note... Thanks for watching and commenting.

dont open, dead inside, awesome i saw a face, scrutinizing you narrowly, 'faceless' no more?? the pigeon said hey with that music i was expecting scary visitors i bet this place was really sometjing in its heyday, sad to see such decay how did it feel being in there? wonder if theres any squatters hidden away
@FacelessBookReviews2 ай бұрын
LOL yeah gotta love all the idiots who vandalize stuff and leave lovely sayings. SMH Mixed feelings as far as it being cool that it was an old abandon building but also intriguing thinking about all the people that passed thru this place back in the day. At one time it was just a place where people worked or stayed and now it is a historical building. It's what I find interesting about history... it's fun for us to imagine but back in it's day it was just everyday life. Yeah I'm probably weird... LOL No squatters... the place it out in the middle of no where and they do a decent job of kicking trespassers out at this point. Place is for sale if you are interested. LOL
@thegkbc45102 ай бұрын
@@FacelessBookReviews I'll count it out from my monthly pocket money Not weird, I enjoy that too, me and the Dotter watch abandoned videos all the time, it's sad what gets left behind, and the graffiti is sometimes, most times, just ignorant and frustrating
