Ingredients
1 lb top round steak (set it in the freezer for easier cutting)
Marinade
2 cloves grated garlic
1 tbsp soy sauce
1 tsp toasted sesame oil
1 tsp sugar
1 tbsp grated acidic fruit (asian pear or granny smith apple) - juice works as well
1 tsp rice wine vinegar
salt to taste
Gochujang sauce
2 tbsp gochujang
1 tbsp toasted sesame oil
1 tbsp suagr
1 tbsp rice wine vinegar
1 tbsp soy sauce
1 clove grated garlic
1 tbsp water
Any veggies that have been cooked with salt.
1.5 cups short grain rice
