I didn't eat pork... Do you have an alternative filling with chicken or turkey? Or even vegetarian version?
@CameronMarti16 сағат бұрын
You could replace the ground pork 1 to 1 with ground chicken or turkey! I you could also do mushrooms, but you’d want to chop them and cook them first so they aren’t filled with water.

Any tips on being more efficient with your mincing mise en place? I definitely waste precious time trying to get all the sticky mince off my fingers 😂

Haha that’s fair, maybe regular spaghetti? Trying to figure out if there’s an easy way for people that can’t find the right noodle

@@CameronMarti i often fry some meat and vegetables and boil some spaghetti, it's probably not that far off. quickly frying everything together would probably be nice though. noodles would probably finish faster, boiling a good amount of water with 8-10 min pasta takes a while

But how do you clean your towels? I feel like food spoiled towels shouldn't go in the washer?
@CameronMarti19 күн бұрын
This may not be totally right, but I always just toss them in the wash like normal. I try to keep them in their own batch so they aren’t with my shirts, but I just chuck them in the washer

How soon after they get dirty do you wash them is it a daily thing a weekly thing? I started piling mine and just wash them weekly ofcourse i get a clean towel every day.

Measurements for the seasonings?
@CameronMartiАй бұрын
I almost never measure my seasonings, because it honestly depends on the day/ mood that I'm in. I usually cook based on taste/ feel which is pretty tough to measure. For the cumin and oregano, I usually just do a small pinch of both, probably less than a gram of each. The cumin can be overpowering if there's too much of it, same with the oregano.

I've been clicking through your channel and it's INCREDIBLE! I'm a big Ramen fan, but I have an issue with Soy. I don't want to call it an allergy per se, it just makes me really sick. Soy sauce, Soy Milk, and Miso all trigger it. Anytime I have proper ramen, I'm condemning myself to take the next day off in bed, and honestly I love it enough it's worth it sometimes. SO I was curious if you'd be willing to take a stab (and potentially do a video!) on a soy free Ramen. Bonus points if it's also NOT spicy. Love what you're doing here man <3
@CameronMartiАй бұрын
Thank you so much! I'll definitely take a stab at it! Are you allergic to sesame?
@AshragiАй бұрын
@@CameronMarti Nope, only other issues are nuts (various) and coconut (weirdly enough cause coconut isn't related to nuts at all....). Both anaphylactic, not whatever Soy does to me. Many thanks :D
