This conscious steering part got me, real. I've always steemed my hability to try again, I even wrote on the journal prompt about my strenghts my ''perseverance'' as one of them, but I realized watching this video that most of the times I've been just doing the same things over and over again, expecting to get different results thinking I've got better at that with the experience. I really need to evaluate this behavior 😅😅 Thank you, Aileen, for these amazing reflections. This videos are just on point!

I love everything coming out of your mouth. Thing with envy, its pointless because their life is that way because of choices they made and yours is the way it is because of choices you made. And you can choose to change, choose to do something, to make something of your own. Do your own thing and let everyone else keep theirs

What helps me when I find myself comparing myself to others is often times people's lives aren't exactly how they appear on the surface. Not to diminish their happiness & success, but behind every happy & successful person is bad days and struggles. We're all just trying to find our way through life. Most people only showcase the good things. So we can't read into that too much!

Love the messages❤❤❤ It reminds me about my last problem. I lose my patient's document several days ago. It was my mistake, I realize I'm careless. I felt really stress out because that document is really important for my study. But life must go on. I decide to letting go, forgive my self, and treat another patient to make new patient's case report. I believe that there is a value we can learn from mistake we made in the past. Take a lesson and never do the same mistake twice.

this is so special to me ❤️ I’ll be moving far from home soon, alone at sixteen, against my parents’ wishes. I know what I’m doing is best for me, and best for them too. I am afraid of failure and having to admit I was wrong, but I’m hopeful that I can do it. I envy success, happiness and freedom of those around me, and that is exactly what I’m about to chase.

This is Lavendaire gold! 💛 such good and helpful advice. I’m loving the worksheets as part of my mid year review. I would add with regards to comparison, that yes we feel bad about ourselves Or we feel proud if we think we’re doing better than others- so looking down on ourselves (condemnation) or others (pride), both are bad outcomes of the comparison trap. Looking forward to the next video! 🙌🏽🌻

I needed this. I failed a really big exam and I feel like my world is falling appart. I lost my passion for what I do. I lost any will to continue. I know inside me that this is a bad attitutde... thank you thank you thank you! this is truly meaningful to me. something happened to me a couple of weeks ago, something small but it got me thinking about myself and how I wish to be seen by others. I had this deep unpleasant feeling of envy towards someone I didn't even know. at first it made me really sad because I started to think about all the things I don't have, but then I flipped it into something positive and I thought you know what? this just means that you want to grow and get better. you just know what you want and you're ready to work for it. I think your video is the way of the universe to tell me I was right. also, I've been thinking a lot about forgiving myself and finding a different and smarter way to get where I want to so it just feels like you knew what was in my mind. thank you💓
