I am 34 years old and having gout issues ..but I do everyday 5 miles walk n run 🏃♀️..this shoes are good option for me you think ..please suggestion me … I have done good research on inov 8 shoe , hokka speed goat, saucony xodus and finally Karhu Ikoni Trail

Hey, thanks for watching my videos. It’s really going to depend on how your foot is shaped and how you naturally move. I would recommend stopping by a fleet feet and getting your feet scanned. If I saw how your feet are shaped, I could give a couple recommendations.

"Altra" is your shoes. Altra has a very wide front shape and great cushioning.
